Whichever it is, our experienced team at Everlast Roofing Systems Ltd can help.
With over 15 years experience in the roofing industry, we have installed and repaired hundreds of flat roofs across Nottingham, Mansfield and the surrounding areas in either fibreglass GRP, rubber EPDM and traditional felt.
GRP is the same material that is used for the manufacture of hulls of boats so it is very strong and 100% waterproof. There are no joints or welds, it is fire resistant and comes in 8 stunning colours and 3 great finishes. GRP fiberglass roofs are light in weight compared to other roofing materials, are quick and easy to install and we can offer extensive guarantees. We install GRP flat roofs throughout Nottingham and beyond. If maintained correctly, a GRP roof should last you a lifetime and has up to 150mm extra insulation exceeding British Standards for energy efficiency.
EPDM Rubber roofing is UV resistant so does not need a layer of stones or gravel to protect it from the sun unlike a felt roof. EPDM can expand and contract according to the weather conditions so is an ideal roofing material for new builds where the building needs time to settle. Again, there are extensive guarantees offered for EPDM roofs, ask a member of our team to show you images of how attractive an EPDM can look and how it can transform your property.
FELT is a proven roofing material that has been used for years and years. Felt is ideal for small roofs such as garages and extensions and a waterproof membrane is fitted before the felt is applied along with a slight slope of a few degrees applied to ensure no standing water is encouraged. Our felt roofs come with a lifespan of approximately 20 years.
Our team also repair flat roofs so no matter what size and what state your roof is in, we can fix it for you.
All flat roofing work is guaranteed. Deposits are not always needed so call us today to arrange a site visit on Nottingham 0115 971 7420, we look forward to your call.
